There are so many things to see, places to explore and adventures to discover in
Ontario’s South Coast. On the water, in the woods or our scenic country roads, you are sure to find something for all of your friends and family.
Sunday, July 10th
2nd Annual Butterfly & Dragonfly Festival – Port Rowan
A family-friendly event providing opportunities to learn more about these beautiful and amazing creatures. Lots of scheduled activities and exhibits throughout the day, including cookie decorating, crafts, and guided walks around the pond.
Saturday and Sunday, July 16th & 17th
Le Tour De Norfolk – Delhi & area
A recreational bike tour for all ages and abilities – go at your own pace! Routes from 40 km to 160 km on quiet country roads throughout Norfolk County. Registration fee includes meals & snacks. Maps provided and routes are clearly marked.
Sunday, July 17th
Monster Energy Pro-National Motorcross Races – Courtland
Top-notch motocross racing attracting Pro Racers from coast-to-coast in Canada and USA plus international racers battling it out in high-flying action on a nationally renowned MX track. GoPher Dunes regularly appears on TSN.
Friday, July 29th
Dinner in the Park, Wellington Park – Simcoe
(part of the Simcoe Rotary Friendship Festival weekend)
The Simcoe Lions and The Rotary Club of Simcoe present Dinner in the Park. Come join us for a Farm Fresh Norfolk Dinner featuring Perch, Chicken and Ribs provided by The Blue Elephant Restaurant. Enjoy quality dining, a relaxing atmosphere and live music with “The Atkinson Band”. Cocktail Reception begins at 6:00 pm. $40.00 per person.

Powell Park Sunday Evening Concerts – Port Dover
Bring a lawn chair and relax to a new musical group playing in the century bandstand every Sunday evening from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. during July and August.
Starlight Theatre – Friday, July 22nd – Waterford
The Waterford Heritage & Agricultural Museum hosts an outdoor theatre! Bring your lawn chair and enjoy a movie outside under the stars. Refreshments will be available. Admission $10.00 per family.
