The Carnaval de Québec, running from January 29 to February 14, 2010, is themed The Carnival Makes You Dance this year. Join the 100 000 participants who will be enjoying this event’s activities and festivities. Not one, not two, but three parades will be held this year! To fully experience the magic and exciting carnival atmosphere, don’t miss the parade on January 31 in the Basse-Ville, complete with giant inflatable characters. The second parade will be held in the evening of Saturday, February 6 in Charlesbourg, followed by the closing parade on Saturday, February 13 in the Haute-Ville. So much to see! André-Philippe Gagnon – Brantford’s Sanderson Centre
Brantford, ON? Comedian André-Philippe Gagnon will be performing in
Brantford, ON at the Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts on Wednesday

André-Philippe Gagnon was just a young hopeful when he did his very first
impressions… five years young! From Mick Jagger to Bob Dylan, The Bee
Gees to Frank Sinatra-almost better than the original! One of the biggest
breaks came in 1985 when he appeared at the world-renowned comedy festival
Just For Laughs in Montreal.
After that show, he was invited to appear on the Tonight Show with Johnny
Carson, where he performed a” signature” song, his version of the
famine-relief anthem “We Are The World”, doing every singer on the
song-eighteen famous voices in one composition.
The world discovered him, and he discovered the world performing in Los
Angeles, Paris, Switzerland and beyond.
André-Philippe Gagnon established his career in both English and French,
becoming recognized as a star in Canada and around the world. He toured
Europe receiving standing ovations wherever he went, and he continues to
share his talents with audiences in his adopted home Las Vegas.?

Classic Albums Live – The Beatles – A Very Lennon Christmas will be
performing in Brantford, ON at the Sanderson Centre for the Performing
Arts on Friday December 18, 2009, 8:00 p.m.
John Lennon’s best work will be performed with the ‘note for note’
accuracy that Classic Albums Live is renown for. “This show is fantastic,”

Lennon’s best solo work. There’s a change in this presentation that our
fans are going to be surprised to see!”

Grenada Board of Tourism establishes representation in France

November 2009. (St. George’s, Grenada, WI)—The Grenada Board of
Tourism announced they have established representation in Paris,
France at World Travel Market, November 2009. DUXIN Marketing
will represent the Grenada Board of Tourism for the expanding
French market.
Research conducted via the Grenada Board of Tourism confirms and
points equally to the French interest in Grenada’s history
(having French colonial roots) and culture, traditional habits,
and shared moments with locals. Research further confirms that
the French economy has been less affected by the global recession
than most other European nations. Stayover arrivals from France
for 2009 are up by 5% when compared to the 2008 performance.
According to the Caribbean Tourism Organization, France has great
potential for long haul travelers because it is the 5th largest
outbound economy in the world and the 2nd largest European market
for long haul travellers. The Caribbean is also among the top ten
